Why do we charge an appointment fee?
To secure the appointment and to protect the loss in revenue if you cancel late or fail to show up, as we won’t be able to book anyone else in your place with such a short notice.
•Cancellation fee: Charged if a customer cancels after the cancellation deadline
•No-show fee: Charged if a customer doesn’t show up for an appointment
Appointment policy
Customers may be able to cancel for free if they provide enough notice.
Notice period and fee amount:
• The customer will be charged a cancellation fee if they cancel or reschedule their appointment without giving a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time.
• A non-refundable cancellation/ no show fee will be £30.
• This fee will be deducted from a purchase during the rescheduled appointment only for the customers, who cancel or reschedule their appointment giving a minimum of 24 hours notice.
