Return policy

Due to car seat being a safety item, any returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase only unused and unopened, in its original re-sellable condition and packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or your confirmation email including your order reference number. The buyer covers return postage cost.

Warranty and repairs

The manufacturer’s warranty period is 24 months, from the date of purchase. The product warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to incorrect use, neglect or accident. Should your product develop a manufacturer’s fault during this period, can be repaired or replaced free of charge. If you wish to return the product for a non-warranty repair, you will be liable for the cost for the cost of repair.
